All the Fruit Salad

This healthy fruit salad will set you off on the right foot first thing in the morning. Since we can't have our smoothies each day, this is the next best thing.

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 apples
  • 2 kiwifruit
  • 2 peaches
  • 2 nectarines
  • ½ cup of blueberries
  • Juice from one lemon
  • 1 T maple syrup or agave
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup of muesli


  1. Divide all ingredients between two bowls.
  2. Start by slicing the bananas into coins.
  3. Chop the apples, peaches and nectarines into 1” chunks.
  4. Peel the kiwifruit and then quarter the fruit, slicing into thin triangular shapes.
  5. Add the blueberries, the lemon juice, sweetener, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Mix together and let to sit for about 10 minutes, to allow the juices to come out a bit.
  6. Sprinkle muesli over the top and then, eat all the fruit.
